QVL has two separate kinds of subscription. Model plans, which give access to trading models, are purchased on the QVL website. App plans, which unlock additional app features, are purchased inside the app through Stripe's secure checkout.
To change or cancel a plan, or to update a payment method, contact our support team. A self-service option is being finalized.
Cancelling a model subscription closes that model's setup and withdraws any of your open, not-yet-submitted trades for it.
