How do cancellations and refunds work?

For cancellations, contact our support team if you do not see a clear cancel option in the app. When a model subscription is cancelled, that model's setup is closed and any open, not-yet-submitted trades for it are withdrawn.

Refunds are handled manually by QVL on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic refund, so please contact support with your request.

Whether access ends immediately or at the end of your billing period can depend on how the cancellation is processed. Check your confirmation details or ask support if you are unsure.
