Delete Your QVL Account

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, QVL removes your account and the personal information associated with it, including:

• your profile, contact details, and preferences;
• your sign-in credentials, passkeys, two-factor settings, sessions, and registered devices;
• your connected brokerage and financial-account connections (access is revoked with the provider) and the encrypted data received through them;
• your portfolio, model, watchlist, notification, and Strategy Lab settings and history;
• your saved QVL Copilot conversations and Copilot Memory; and
• your education progress.

Any active paid subscription is cancelled immediately, and you are signed out on all devices. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be retained

QVL may retain limited records that it is required or permitted to keep for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, such as billing and payment records and security audit logs. Information may also remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
